Home-made Apple Curry and Asparagus Juice

Niki wanted curry for diner today so we went to one of the local grocery stores that we frequent.  We picked up all the ingredients for a delicious curry!  There's not really much of a "story" to this blog post like with the spider, but the curry was good and I thought I should note it on the blog :)  Thanks Niki!

All ingredients for the curry came to $6

ps - at the grocery store we were in the juice box aisle and I couldn't help but picking out some new flavour that I thought I should try.  Asparagus Juice looked like probably one of the more "out there" flavours so naturally I was drawn to it.  Haha.  now... the taste I wasn't sure what to expect and even when I took the juice box out of the fridge and took my first few sips I wasn't sure what to expect.  The taste .... does taste like asparagus with sugar, but... in a nice way.  Bottom line is that I would buy it again :)

pps - the Asparagus Juice may have some sort of hyper drug in it.  Shortly after I drank the juice box I was a motor mouth on the phone with Eliza which usually isn't how I am on the phone.
