Avocado Continued...

Here are the fruits of Niki and I's labour :D  What a delicious breakfast :D  The best part about the size of this thing is that you can have gigantic whole pieces of avocado, which is not so easy to get from smaller one.  When I had cut the avocado into quarter's, it actually felt more like I was peeling the skin off of a banana than an avocado.
